As the glue takes so long to set, each stage of the assembly was left to set overnight. Firstly, I fixed the cat-flap assembly with dowel and glue. Then the sides.
Once I had fixed the top I piece I added the cat-flap lintel, then cleaned and sanded for a nice finish.
