I’ve no idea how often I am supposed to write anything in this blog. I reckon I’m going to just write stuff as and when it takes my fancy. Then, when I’m happy, post. So, updates will be random. I take it there will be a little icon you can press to get notified of updates. Of course, the blog will read better if I’m not stressing about it, anyway X
The other thing I’ve realised is that my posts are published last first. I guess that’s the normal way, of course. I suppose if anyone is interested enough, they will scroll all the way to the bottom for the full story.
So, the target.
Well, ultimately, croak it out there somewhere out on the road.
But, before we get to that point, I need to build my home. I have thought about this and have started drawing plans, including the different joints to use. It will have a living space of 20’ x 6’6” x 6’3”. Built of timber and sheet aluminium with wooden door and window frames, and glass windows. It will also have skylights, a bay window, a herb garden, solar panels and guttering. The whole thing will sit on two axles; front (steering) and rear.
Here lies an obstacle.
It turns out that there is some legislation that was introduced in 2013 that prevents me from building the trailer. In this case, we’re talking the chassis. What I put on the chassis is up to me. So, that means I have to pay a registered trailer builder.
Which really does does put a spanner in the works!
The objective then, is to find a registered trailer builder and the money to be able to pay him.
